Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is the lean tool concerned with maximising the efficiency of Production Machinery. TPM utilises a team approach to remove the losses from machine areas by the introduction of autonomous maintenance programmes. This one day TPM training course utilises practical examples to demonstrate the improvements the successful implementation of a TPM programme can make to a business.

Cost: £295 plus vat per delegate. Courses are limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the training sessions, a comprehensive set of course notes and an attendance certificate. This course uses practical examples to re-enforce the theory.
